    friendly staff
    courtyard breakfast
    elevator absence
    wi-fi issues

Straight talk, worth it or not?

Friendly staff made us feel truly welcomed, and the intimate courtyard was perfect for a relaxing breakfast. The stunning view of the castle from the room added a magical touch to our stay.

The absence of an elevator was frustrating, especially with heavy luggage. Also, the Wi-Fi connection required frequent reconnections, which was quite inconvenient during our visit.

    beautiful rooftop terrace
    no elevator

The small rooftop terrace is a stunning spot to photograph the Cité, especially at sunset.

The absence of an elevator made navigating the steep, winding staircase with luggage a bit challenging.

Had a great stay in Carcassonne! The garden area was beautiful for breakfast, and the room was clean and comfy with a lovely view of the courtyard. Only downside was no elevator, but the staff helped with luggage. Definitely coming back!

    sunny courtyard
    cozy atmosphere
    great location
    lack of elevator

We enjoyed sitting in the sunny courtyard while the kids played with the wooden games. The hotel's location was just a 10-minute walk to the citadel, making family outings easy. The room was clean, and we loved the cozy atmosphere!

In my wife’s opinion, adding a lift would greatly help families with kids.

    great location

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. the warm, friendly staff went above and beyond, and the rooms were spotless with lovely views of the garden. Breakfast in the courtyard was a highlight, and the location was fantastic, close to the castle and tucked away in a street filled with great restaurants.

There was nothing I didnt like.

    challenging luggage

Great location near the medieval cite, allowing for easy exploration of the area. The clean room featured a comfortable bed and a large, modern bathroom with excellent water pressure. Breakfast offered a delightful continental selection, including homemade preserves, making mornings enjoyable. However, the lack of an elevator posed a challenge with luggage, and occasional Wi-Fi connectivity issues were frustrating. Overall, a pleasant stay with friendly staff who were helpful during our visit.

    proximity to eateries
    limited parking

Tucked away under medieval city walls, this delightful hotel boasts easy access to the best dining spots like La Petite Cuillere and FloridaBlanca, where I discovered some mouthwatering local dishes. The breakfast in the charming garden was a true highlight—a perfect start for my culinary explorations!

Good thing the street is alive with eateries, so it was all sunshine and good vibes during our stay.
